By sharing and promoting Entheowheel and its offerings, you agree to the following terms of service. If an affiliate breaches the following terms, they will be immediately removed from promoting our offerings, and any future sales will be voided without notice.
1. Affiliates are provided with video content for their use on the Affiliate Resource Portal. Affiliates may not use, copy, transcribe, paraphrase, reproduce or otherwise use in any format any video or part of video found on the entheowheel.com website, social media, or advertising campaigns for their Affiliate promotions.
2. Affiliates are provided with images for their use on the Affiliate Resource Portal. Affiliates may not use any other photos found on the entheowheel.com website, social media, or advertising campaigns for their Affiliate promotions.
3. Affiliates may not bid on keywords (word, sentence, or phrase) on any search engine such as Google, Bing, and Yahoo where any part of the keyword targeted contains the word “Entheowheel” or “The Ceremony and Science of Psilocybin.”
4. Affiliates may not falsely represent themselves as the creators or owners of Entheowheel or its offerings in their promotions.
5. Affiliates may not use words such as “fraud”, “scam” or similar terminology in their promotions including but not limited to, Ad content, landing pages, video titles, written content, or other metadata.
6. Affiliates may not promote, sell, wholesale, or resell Entheowheel or its offerings on any retail site including but not limited to Amazon, eBay, and Google Store.
7. Affiliates may not direct prospects directly to the checkout page bypassing the entheowheel.com website. All customers must purchase through the entheowheel.com website.
8. It is the Affiliates’ responsibility to test that their unique URL link is functioning properly before sharing the link.
9. Completing a TEST Purchase is a required step in the set-up of your Affiliate Revenue-Sharing Account and must be completed prior to sharing ones’ unique URL link to ensure the tracking system is set up appropriately and to be eligible for commission payouts.
10. From time to time, Entheowheel will update the offerings and upsells that are eligible for Affiliate Commission. Eligible offerings and upsells will be posted on https://entheowheel.com/affliate-welcome-page. It is the Affilates’ responsibility to be aware of eligible offerings and upsells.
11. If Entheowheel is running a promotion, Affiliate commission for all Learning Library offers will remain the same as outlined on https://entheowheel.com/affliate-welcome-page.
12. If Entheowheel is running a promotion, Affiliate commission and for all Upsell offers will be 10% of the price of the item on the day of purchase.
13. For physical products that are shipped, Affiliate commission is calculated on the offer price and does not include shipping charges.
14. Affiliates understand Entheowheel is solely responsible for customer service.
15. Entheowheel is a grassroots and community based initiative and all sales are final. In the rare occurrence a refund is granted by Entheowheel for a purchase through your affiliate link, the commission will be deducted before future payments are made.
16. If an Affiliate requires manual payouts, please allow up to 2 weeks for commission payouts.
17. Affiliates’ websites, promotions and material (regardless of country of domicile) MUST be in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines, including without limitation the Federal Trade Commission Act (“FTC Act”), the Controlling the Assault of Non-Solicited Pornography and Marketing Act of 2003 (“CAN-SPAM Act”), Federal Trade Commission (“FTC”) regulations and guidelines implementing the FTC Act and the CAN-SPAM Act, the FTC’s Guides Concerning the Use of Endorsements and Testimonials in Advertising (“FTC Testimonials Guide”), the National Advertising Division decisions of the Better Business Bureau, and other federal and state consumer protection laws, regulations, and guidelines.
18. Affiliates agree to release, indemnify and hold harmless liber8 / entheowheel / hearthstone collective and its officers, directors, employees, representatives, affiliates and sponsors, and their successors and assigns, from any and all causes of action and consequences, liability, losses and/or damages (including but not limited to personal injury) arising from or related to the application or use (or misuse) of any information or products obtained, directly or indirectly from this company, its affiliates, representatives, sponsors and/or suppliers.
19. This is not a course on how to trip at home or have un-guided journeys. This is an invitation to come into relationship with the intelligence of psilocybin and explore how to prepare and integrate a future journey.
